​Business Development & Sales Executive

ParcelPush Pty Ltd is a rapidly growing marketing start-up based in Bondi Junction, Sydney. We are a friendly team and we believe that our people are our biggest asset.

We are experiencing strong growth within all of our three business divisions: ParcelPush, LetterboxPush and within the newest addition PrintPush as well. A new opportunity has arisen for a Business Development & Sales Executive to join our team. We are looking for a team player who can not only run our outbound call and online campaigns to acquire new clients on a daily basis, but who can also engage existing clients and coordinate the service delivery from start to finish. You will closely work with the co-founders and directors in growing our advertiser and distribution base.

If you are a proactive, hard-working and trustworthy sales professional with strong project management skills, who can work unsupervised and independently, than this role might be ideal for you.

Responsibilities:
  • Implementing a new sales strategy and manage the end to end sales process
  • Making high volumes of outbound calls, LinkedIn and email enquiries to generate and qualify quality leads on the highest possible levels
  • Sending out regular newsletter campaigns to our client base
  • Building rapport and relationships with new leads giving them the best possible advice based on a solid understanding of their business needs
  • Research all sales and marketing channels to find new angles how we can help our clients grow
  • Booking and attending sales meetings in close cooperation with the directors
  • Update specials and pricing on our portals, social media channels and websites
  • Coordinating national insertion and local distribution campaigns with our advertising and distribution partners
  • Optimising our targeting and matching mechanisms and campaign execution
  • Coordinating print runs and collateral logistics
  • Sales administrative duties including funnel management, documentation, arranging transportation, using our CRM
  • Analysing, reporting and meeting KPI's and targets

The successful applicant must possess the following skills:
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent level of sales experience
  • Australian citizenship
  • Native English speaker
  • Previous experience in an outbound sales roles in Australia
  • Perseverance with a high level of integrity
  • Intrinsically driven hunger for process and project optimisations
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills
  • Superior communication skills with the confidence to pick up the phone and build relationships with our future clients by finding ways to help them grow
  • Confidence to present in meetings
  • A high level of attention to detail
  • Goal orientated and positive attitude
  • An analytical mind and strong numeracy skills especially using Excel
  • A good understanding of the sales process
  • A strong team player
  • The desire to work in a dynamic and fast growing start-up company 
  • Honest, reliable & dependable
  • Positive, can do attitude and willingness to learn
